Q: How soon are photos posted after an event?

A: Usually within 5-7 days. We will email all participants as soon as   they are posted

Q: How do I find my photos?

A: Click on the "Find Events" link on the VeriSmile home page, then click on the event you wish to search. The are often several groups within an event. The "Bib Search" link allows you to find participants  based on their bib number. There may also be "Mystery Pix" pages on which we will post unidentified photos.

Q: What if the image on the website is too dark or appears blurry.

A: Images are posted prior to any editing they may require. Each photograph ordered will be editied and cropped to provide the best proportioned and exposed final print.

Q: Does VeriSmile guarantee it's work?

A: Yes. If for any reason you are unhappy with your prints, we will reprint the photo or refund your money.

Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order?

A: Most orders are printed and shipped within 5 Days.
